About Me...

A Journey of Transformation: From Struggles to Kickstarting a Personal Media Company

I almost jumped off a terrace on April 16, 2016

I was in second year of dentistry. I’d just failed a subject for the first time in my life, scored 7 out of 70 in pharmacology, and had nobody to talk to about it. No friends in college willing to help unless I let them rag me. No seniors. Parents who couldn’t help because they weren’t dentists themselves.

I went up to the College 8th Floor Terrace that night. Spent the entire night holding the railing. I didn’t jump. Something in me changed up there. I came down and made a decision: I’m not the brightest student in the room, so I’ll learn for twice as long to understand half as much, and I’ll quadruple my effort on the bare minimum it takes to pass.

Throughout school I followed the system. Got decent grades, listened to my parents, listened to the teachers, got me nowhere! But after everything here was I ont he verge of giving up! That night taught me the only question that has ever mattered to me since.

How can an ordinary person achieve extraordinary results without working themselves into the ground?

Everything I’ve built since then is my answer to that one question.

What that question turned into

The question led me into learning. Learning led to experimentation. Experimentation led to workflows. Workflows became systems. Systems became documentation. Documentation became teaching.

Today I’m building an AI-Powered Personal Media Company, in Public, and Documenting every System, Workflow and Lesson along the way, so that Ambitious Professionals can build theirs faster than I built mine.

That’s the whole job in one sentence. Everything else on this page is detail.

The gap I’m trying to close

The internet already has enough information in it. Nobody is short on information.

What people are short on is implementation.

Most education teaches knowledge. A smaller amount teaches execution. Almost none of it teaches systems, the actual repeatable machinery that turns “I know this” into “I do this every week without having to remember to do it.”

I’ve paid coaches who taught me ideas and never showed me a single mechanism. I once borrowed money from five friends to pay one lakh rupees for a year-long mentorship that gave me motivation “here’s what we are going to do” and nothing else. I know exactly what it feels like to finish a course, feel inspired for three days, and change absolutely nothing about my life!

My work exists to close that specific gap. Not to add more information to the pile.

My one rule

  1. I learn it.
  2. I implement it.
  3. I simplify it.
  4. Then I teach it.

In that order, every time, with no exceptions! I don’t want anyone to trust me because I sound intelligent on a call. I want them to trust me because I’ve already walked the exact path I’m asking them to walk, and I’m handing them the version with the wasted steps already removed.

If I haven’t built something myself, I won’t sell it to you as if I have.

How I actually think through a problem

I treat every problem the way I was trained to treat a patient. Get the chief complaint. Take the history. Run the examination. Get to an actual diagnosis. Then build the treatment plan. Follow it up with Prognosis and scheduled checkups.

Translated out of dentistry, that becomes a simple loop I run on everything:

Observe. Understand. Simplify. Implement. Check. Measure. Improve. Repeat.

Learning without implementation only creates the feeling of progress, inflates the Ego! It feels like movement. Only it isn’t. Implementation is the only thing that actually changes a life, a business, or a skill.

Why I build in public

Because a polished success story teaches you nothing except envy.

What actually builds trust is watching someone make a mistake, fix it, document the fix, and hand you the corrected version. So that’s what I publish: the experiments, the pivots, the failed attempts, the lessons that came from getting it wrong first.

A finished success story earns admiration. A documented process earns trust. I’d rather have your trust.

Who this is actually for

Ambitious Professionals, Knowledge workers stuck in a job that pays the bills but doesn’t use what they’re actually capable of. Corporate Employees who can talk a good game in a meeting but want to build something of their own. Solopreneurs. Creators. Coaches and Consultants. Anyone who already knows they have more in them than what’s currently coming out, but feels overwhelmed by the technology, the AI tools, or simply where to start.

If that’s you, the transformation I’m aiming for is specific: helping you build an AI-powered digital business from scratch, using systems, simplicity, and implementation you can actually follow, not theory you admire from a distance.

What I’m actually building

Not a Personal Brand that doesn’t give me the fire! A Personal Media Company, which is a different thing. A personal brand is one polished face on a feed. A Personal Media Company is an Ecosystem where every single piece of content has a value-driven job and feeds the next value piece.

Blogs. LinkedIn. YouTube. Newsletters. Podcasts. Courses. Templates. Playbooks. AI assistants. Communities. Each one earns its place because it strengthens the others, not because content calendars say I’m due for a post.

The business model behind it is equally direct: document what I learn, teach it, package it, automate the repeatable parts, then scale what’s working. Every workflow eventually becomes content, then a playbook, then a template, then an AI assistant, then a course, a workshop, consulting, or a community, depending on what people actually need from it.

Why AI, specifically

I don’t see AI as a replacement for human judgment. I see it as the thing that finally lets one person do what used to require a team.

AI removes repetition. Humans still provide the direction and judgment. AI accelerates execution. Humans still create the meaning behind what gets executed. Put together, that combination lets an ordinary person achieve results that previously needed a department.

I don’t teach AI as a topic. I teach people how to think, build, and execute better because AI is now available to them. Every workflow I share has already been learned, implemented, simplified, and documented, so you spend less time figuring it out and more time creating something that actually matters. That’s how what I am building compounds over time.

What I won’t promise you

I won’t promise shortcuts. I won’t promise overnight success. I won’t promise effortless wealth, because none of those things exist and I’m not going to pretend otherwise to make this page sound better.

What I will do is document what actually worked, explain it in plain language, show you exactly how I implemented it myself, and then help you implement your own version of it.

The values underneath all of this

Implementation over information. Systems over hustle. Evidence over opinion. Simplicity over complexity. Long-term trust over short-term attention. Generosity before monetisation. Teaching from lived experience, not borrowed theory. Continuous experimentation. Radical curiosity. Learning that never stops.

Purity, Honesty, Loyalty, Congruence, Integrity and zero Hypocrisy aren’t values I put on a slide to look good. They’re the line I don’t cross. If I say I’ll do something for you, I do it. F*ck that, if I say something to myself, I do it!

How I write and teach

Highly practical. Simple language. Step by step. Visual thinking where it helps. Real stories instead of hypotheticals. Checklists and Playbooks you can actually use the same day you read them.

If someone finishes consuming something I’ve made and takes no action afterward, I haven’t done my job. That’s the actual scoreboard, not views or likes.

My content tends to follow the same shape every time: an observation, an insight, the system built from that insight, the implementation of the system, a reflection on what worked and what didn’t, and the next concrete action. I’d rather hand you one practical example you can use tomorrow morning than ten abstract principles you’ll forget by the weekend.

I don’t teach from a pedestal. I teach from the workshop floor, mid-build, with the tools still out. You should feel like you’re watching the work happen in real time, not hearing a polished story about a result that already happened somewhere off-screen.

Where this is going

The long-term goal is to build one of the world’s most useful educational media companies, useful being the operative word, not just the largest or the most profitable.

I’ll measure that by how many people actually built a business, improved their life, or did meaningful work because something I shared got them to take action. Revenue is a byproduct of that, not the point of it.

Further out, I want to build self-sustaining institutions that make high-quality education, healthcare, and skill development freely available, starting with the people closest to me and expanding from there as the systems prove they work. World Class Education and Skill Development Commoditized! It’s anyway available across the internet, I am simply giving it a proper structure.

If you’re deciding whether to follow along

Stay if you want the steps, not the speech. Stay if you’re ready to put in the hours and you just need someone who has already walked the path to hand you a usable map instead of a motivational poster.

Move on if you’re looking for someone to tell you this is going to be easy. It isn’t, and I’d rather lose you now than waste your time later.

I’m Suryadeep. I solve problems by breaking them into steps, I build systems out of whatever I learn, and I teach exactly what worked for me, no more and no less.

Let’s get to work.

PS….My Official Name is “Suryadeep Majumder’. I love being addressed as “Surya” in Hindi or English; and “Surjo” in Bangla. My Nickname/Homename is Arka, pronounced as “Orko”. All my family members calls me in this name. If you’ve read this far, you know how to address me as 🙂
